Life happens—we understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a 24 hours’ notice if at all possible. A pattern of tardiness, cancelling, or no show action will be addressed by your respective therapist. We’ll always do our best to work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.
Our intake process is managed by Simple Practice which is an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management system designed for health and wellness practitioners to manage their administrative and clinical tasks within a single, HIPAA-compliant environment. First time clients are emailed a link to our intake package to complete in the Simple Practice portal. If a client chooses to complete a hard copy intake package, they are asked to come to their appointment 20-30 minutes prior to scheduled time to have adequate time and still maintain their intake appointment.
Therapists use a function in Simple Practice that allows them to schedule via phone, text, or email. Future appointments are managed in Simple Practice by each therapist. A reminder function is utilized in Simple Practice to ensure clients are notified at least two days prior to their appointment. Therapists can control this setting as they deem most appropriate for their clientele.
We never want cost to be the reason someone goes without support. We are credentialed with Open Path Collective for clients seeking affordable, self-pay options. Open Path is a wonderful option if you’re experiencing financial hardship but still want consistent support. (Learn more at openpathcollective.org).

Resilient Life Counseling Services, LLC has at least one therapist in each of the networks listed below, however not every therapist is in every network. Our office staff and your therapist will work with you to review your coverage as your therapeutic plan is developed. We currently accept insurance providers listed below at each insurance’s contracted rate. If we are not in-network with your plan, we are happy to provide you with a superbill for your insurance company to reimburse you for our services provided by fully licensed counselors. However, we cannot guarantee any reimbursement.
