At Resilient Life Counseling Services, we believe counseling is about more than working through struggles—it’s about building a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and hopeful.
Individual Counseling
A private, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals. We’ll help you strengthen coping tools, improve self-awareness, and move toward positive change.
Couples Counseling
Relationships aren’t always easy. Whether you’re preparing for marriage, navigating conflict, or rebuilding trust, we’ll help you improve communication, deepen connection, and grow together.

Communication skills aren’t just about social success; they actually play a big role in both physical and mental health. Some mental health benefits result in: stress reduction, stronger relationships, improved self-esteem, and conflict management. Likewise, physical health benefits can help lower stress-related illness, result in better health behaviors, aid in social support and healing and promote healthy lifestyle maintenance
Could your organization, business, peer groups/family benefit? We have staff that are certified facilitators for Real Colors® that offer communication training for one-on-one or group settings. Real Colors® is a dynamic, interactive, and fun workshop using a personality type instrument/tool for identifying four personality types common to all people. In short, it provides users with an effective tool for understanding human behavior. Using the powerful knowledge learned from the workshops, enhances participants ability to develop more effective communication skills and build better relationships, in and out of the workplace. From a professional and personal perspective, the Real Colors® Workshop helps the participant develop understanding when working in a group or one-on-one setting to: 1) foster effective communication; 2) effectively utilize individual strengths toward a group outcome; 3) increases appreciation for individual differences; 4) builds a stronger sense of “team”. Past participants include non-profit organizations, businesses, teen organizations, team sports and school-based organizations. Suggested groups range from 12-50 people. Contact us for more information and give your colleagues, family and friends the gift of enhanced communication!
