What can I expect in my first session?
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’d like to work on, and answer any questions you have. It’s a collaborative, low-pressure conversation.
Do you offer online/telehealth sessions?
Yes! We offer secure video sessions for clients across [state/region]. Many clients enjoy the flexibility and comfort of connecting from home.
How long does counseling take?
Every client’s journey is different. Some people find a few sessions helpful, while others choose ongoing support. We’ll work together to create a plan that feels right for you.
We know that healing and growth don’t only happen during a session. Sometimes, a book, article, or resource can spark insight or provide comfort in the moments between. This page is here to offer tools, guidance, and support—whether you’re preparing for counseling, seeking extra help, or just curious to learn more.
Additionally, we share building space with Northside Medical Clinic operated by Klancie Smith, FNP. Collaborative efforts exist between each practice which simplifies the referral process and provides a holistic care plan if needed.
